A:Answer I have the same problem. Try resetting the network, turning the Bluetooth off and back on, the reset button, “forget this device “ and then pair it again.
If all this fails, contact Sony Customer Service and they will guide you. I prefer “chat” cuz then I can always look back.
Good luck. Mine no longer works at all and this is quite upsetting as the warranty just expired, so don’t let that happen to u!
