To fix this problem, you need to enable bluetooth from your phone or music source first and then it will search for the speaker. Second power on the Sony speaker and press and hold bluetooth or enable bluetooth, so that your phone or music source can find the Sony speaker. Hope this help you out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Kylebrooks, Thank you for choosing Sony. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing static sound on your SRSXB43 Speakers. We'd love to troubleshoot the issue and make this a better experience for you. In the meantime, please try these steps to troubleshoot. -Bring the BLUETOOTH device closer to the speaker. If there is any obstacle between the speaker and the BLUETOOTH device, move it out of the way. -Pair the speaker and the BLUETOOTH device again. -Locate the speaker farther away from a TV, radio or tuner, etc. since noise may occur in broadcasts.
