• I don't use Netflix but I use Amazon Prime on this unit all the time and it's great. Very easy to use.

• Hi Louise, Yes, you can. Netflix and Amazon prime are included on the pre-installed apps from the UBP-X800. Just make sure to setup your network first to access those apps.
