Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you turn Enhanced mode on for your HDMI ports on your player and your TV(according to manual for Bravia TV's). Also try more than 1 disc if you havnt yet. Other than that.. remove an ABR out of the equation if you have On and run direct to the TV. The issue does sound like a cable issue however. Ensure you are using Premium HDMI cables - look for the Premium HDMI COA sticker. The cables must be able to support 18Gbps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your problem is that you haven't contacted Best Buy Magnolia support for their free service to install/set-up your Best Buy UBP-X800 BD player. This free service comes with every UBP-X800 from Best Buy. Don't be surprised if you need to buy their Monster Black Platinum HDMI cables to fix your problem. They may also decide that the HDMI chips in the Sony player and your Sony TV aren't synching up properly. If so, they'll change the settings on your TV and BD player or maybe you'll need a new TV or BD player, or both. At any rate, this is a Sony issue for them to resolve.
