“How do you connect to a soundbar I’ve tried an audio extractor to get TrueHD but with no luck my soundbar has 4k passthrough”

• You should be able to use the 2nd HDMI output that says "audio out." However, your soundbar needs to be able to decode TrueHD, DTS-MA, lossless formats. Unless you have one with discrete speakers, it will only give you the stereo mix. (A standard soundbar is usually a 2.1 system, but there are ones that have 5.1 and up, so that is the issue).

• You have to use a digital optical cable. You can find them at Best Buy or any local retailer.
