Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your 1080P TV set will only display video at 1080P. Think about it, the set is not capable of showing a higher resolution other than 1080P. So, unfortunately you will not be able to see any video beyond 1080P on that particular set. HOWEVER, 1080P at is finest looks very good. Keep in mind also, that all 1080P sets are not the same. You will be happy with the player regardless of the TV set that you own. Try to get the unit at the lowest price, so when you finally hook it up to a good 4K set, you will be good to go! Good luck!
