• Hi co61, I have read on the blu-ray forum and set mine to Auto 2. It will not upscale your blu-rays if it's only set to Auto 1.

• Hi co61, if you're using this Bluray player with a 4K TV, set it to Auto 1 when watching non-4K content for upscaling. Auto 2 is used for 4K content. We recommend checking the resolution first of what you're watching before making any adjustments. Thanks, -Mark
