“recently purchased the UBP-X800 from Best Buy and after connecting it to my TV ( not 4K ) , I can not get the Initial setup menu to display. Looks like the TV recognizes it as it show UBP-X800 by the HDMI2 input tag ( on the TV Screen ).”

• Try unplugging your HDMI cables and plugging them back in. If that doesn't work, try another HDMI port on your TV. If no luck, probably a bad cable or port.
