• I can confirm the first answer. I use 5Ghz with my Player and things are fine.

• Thanks for the information about 5GHz functionality on this BD player. It's really a shame that nobody seems to think we need 5GHz WiFi on the latest 4K TV's but the BD players all seem to support 5GHz.
