“Hi, just bought this. I don't have a 4ktv neither a 4k receiver. I believe the picture and especially the sound when Sony UBO x800 is connected by HDMI to the receiver, are worse, as compaired to when it's not. Why is that happening? Thank you”

• don't know how old your TV or receiver is but you must have high seed HDMI cable. All my stuff is sony and they work together fine'
