This model will easily handle DVD's as well. Just don't expect the picture quality of a DVD to be at the level of a Blu-ray disc or 4K Blu-ray disc.

However, to get the FULL 4K experience of your 4k player and 4k television, you need to have some 4k movies to watch. All your other discs (regular and high definition) will play great! ENJOY!!!
