• Hi, hfd79! To ensure that you get sound when you select DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1, please check that your Audio System/AV Receiver supports that format. And the narrative that you hear when you're playing a disc is most likely a feature on the disc that you're playing. Please check the Audio language settings of the disc to disable the feature. -Sam
