QuestionI got this for Christmas to replace an old DVD player and stream Netflix etc. However, I'm pairing it with a 2003 Hitachi plasma TV that doesn't have an HDMI input. Has anyone successfully used an HDMI to DVI converter to hook this player up?

- Answer This Blu-ray player doesn't do wifi, you have to use an Ethernet cable. Also it doesn't have rca output only HDMI and coax output.

As long as you have an HDMI port for this Bluray player, it will allow you to play Region 1/A plain DVDs and Bluray discs. - Answer sounds like you need another external hdmi to hang from your tv then plug all your ports in. They sell multiple hdmi ports
