• NO PRIME, HULU OR OTHERS... Just has Netflix and small apps you never heard of. Only great if you JUST want netflix. Can't ADD Apps. Maybe the old units could, but this model can't. Big Disappointment. I returned mu unit.

• Yes it does. Once connected there are several preloaded streaming applications to choose from. Amazon, Netflix, Hulu just to name a few.

• I read the reviews. They said this comes with Netflix and Amazon, so I bought it. Turns out, it does not come with Amazon. I will return it.

• It says it comes with Amazon but it does not. No Amazon, no Hulu. Purchased and returning because of this.

• It depends on the serial number. The older units with serial numbers below 4000000 I believe have Amazon. Those above do not have Amazon app. Something to do with Amazon not supporting Prime app on blu-ray players between a certain year of manufacture I bought unit for Amazon and it did not have the app. I spent time with Sony on it and then returned unit. • I just purchased 2 of these Blu-ray player March of 2021. 1 of them has the amazon prime app and the other one don't. I have not found a way to add any apps other than what come on it from the manufacturer. 1 of the Blu-ray payers has a weather app but it will not load. If you are looking to use this for specific apps to stream I would not recommend it! It is also very slow loading all available apps.

• They removed Amazon and Hulu at one point. Only has preloaded apps.
