“My player was working beautifully. Now the green light stays on all of the time and I cannot manually turn it off. Also, I cannot open the player part at all. I changed batteries in my remote control and it still does not work.”

I’m having same issue green light is on player will not open close Not able to power on or off manually or with remote. Batteries are not the issue with remote

I have to unplug it and keep trying to turn on and open the door with the remote. After several tries it comes on and opens. I am really disappointed with this issue on a new DVD player.
