• I scrolled to the app I wanted to replace as FAVORITE. Then I pressed OPTIONS button on remote. It asked me if I wanted to make it my FAVORITE. I pressed ENTER and it worked.

• You can group your favorite and most used your home screen under favorites at any time is easy, when your in the app go to options to "add to favorites"

• You may have to reset the Blu-Ray Player itself to the factory defaults and then reload which might also include deleting and re-uploading the app itself
