I scrolled to the app I wanted to replace as FAVORITE. Then I pressed OPTIONS button on remote. It asked me if I wanted to make it my FAVORITE. I pressed ENTER and it worked.

You can group your favorite and most used your home screen under favorites at any time is easy, when your in the app go to options to "add to favorites"

You may have to reset the Blu-Ray Player itself to the factory defaults and then reload which might also include deleting and re-uploading the app itself
