The Sony UBP-X700U Blu-ray player does support 3D movie playback and can play 3D Blu-ray discs when connected to a compatible 3D TV using a high-speed HDMI cable. Please keep in mind that to fully enjoy 3D content, you will need a 3D-capable TV and 3D glasses. Be sure your TV supports 3D viewing and is properly connected to the Blu-ray player.
