Hi there, The Sony UBP-X700U 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Player does not have built-in Wi-Fi connectivity. It connects to the internet strictly via a wired Ethernet connection (LAN terminal) only. The confusion likely stems from the fact that its predecessor, the UBP-X700, did include built-in Wi-Fi.
