• Yes they still do. And that's exactly why I returned mine (earlier model). Why would Sony do this? If it's USB at on end it's USB at the other. The only reason is to make you buy another cable from them if you loose your first or want to have a second cable to keep at work or in the car to charge. I have a box of all different sizes of USB cables that just about every other device on the planet works with, but not this Sony...
