• A:Answer I'm just a customer, but in my experience Best Buy has a great return policy. But pay attention to how long you have to return it. I think they generally allow returns for 14 days, though higher tier Best Buy members get longer.

Q: QuestionI have very sensitive ears. Are the earbuds that come with the unit hard or are they covered with a soft plastic? If they are hard, can the sound be heard with the unit fitting around the neck. I want them for water jogging.

• A:Answer My Sony Walkman came with two styles of earbuds. One for underwater and one for land use. Both are soft pliable rubber and the band around the head and over ears is covered with a softer rubber. The only part which is hard is the actual MP3 player/speakers which should rest outside your ear. If you are still worried I would suggest stopping at a store in person and seeing if they have a pair you can look at and touch.

• A:Answer As an additional answer, you can take the charging dock and cord with you in the car, and plug it into your USB port and it will play through your radio. I wanted to charge them for my morning workout so I plugged them into my car on my way to work and my radio recognized them and I played music through them! It was a surprise because I didn't know that would happen but needless to say I was very excited. You cannot receive radio frequencies on them but you can play music thru your radio from them if your car has that ability based on the USB connection in your car. Hope that helps as well.

• A:Answer They are not carried in local stores from my experience. But you can order and have delivered home for free. I think anything over $50 is free and these are definitely that. I would suggest taking advantage of the 14 day buyers remorse option from BB. Order them, try them for a week, that's plenty of time to know if you like them, then return if they are not what you are looking for. I've had mine for about 2months and I am pleased.
