• None that I could find. I’ve tested them a all volume levels and with the equalizer that is in the app you get rid of any distortion

• I have not noticed any minimum. The dynamic range seems very good.

• The Sony app connects to the earbuds and u can set the volume as well use the phone volume control

• The App that is available for these the "Sony Headphones" app remembers where your sound level is and restores it when you wear these earbuds. Otherwise most if not all Bluetooth earbuds/headphones start at medium level because of the damage it can cause to hearing. This isn't an earbud problem more than an Operating System (IOS/Android) problem.
