Ann, you can put on 8 hours of rain, stream, or whatever (calming) sound you like. This product is amazing! Your ear buds may not stay in your ears all night, though -- they may slip out when You turn in YOUR sleep (despite Snoring Bear). Maybe one of those little sound machines next to your side of the bed would help (I've used one). Or just roll Snoring Bear over onto his side... ;) ♡

We provide an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise-canceling experience. To ensure optimal performance with noise canceling, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling out, please refer to one or both of the following: Help Guide https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wf1000xm3/v1/en/contents/TP0002392265.html Animated Tutorial on the Sony Headphones Connect app (ref https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/hpc/v1/en/contents/TP0001548864.html?search=tutorial)” Instructional Video https://youtu.be/HnXJ_f2nbb4 ~Earl
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These stuck out of your ears quite a bit, I wouldn't suggest using them for sleeping.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.personally, I don't think these are comfortable enough to sleep with them in your ears, they are rather large, the galaxy buds and jabra 75t are much more compact and the jabra has a mode to play ocean noise
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The sensors on the headphones are quite sensitive to touch, so sleeping on them isn't recommended as you can trigger playback unless your turn off the controls. It is possible but not recommended, since the noise cancelling works better when there is music playing to filter out frequencies. If you want sleeping headphones, these aren't it unless you fall asleep listening to music.
