I am sure Sony are aware that these headphones do not fit many peoples ears. I bought them for my son and asked why he did not wear them and he replied cos they keep falling out. I gave the generic answer "try all the different tips" which he did and that did not solve the problem. So I tried them for one day and what do you know they just kept falling out and on the first day one bud fell from my ear, bounced on the bridge and fell into the water. Probably the best place for these headphones; rip - what waste of money.

They become loose over time and need to be readjusted frequently. If you follow the guide for placing them in you might get a better fit but they will create more pressure in your ear canal.

Sony provides different sizes of earbuds to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling out. You may select the earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly. The earbud will be easier to slide deep into your ear if you pull up on the top of the ear lightly while twisting the headset: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wf1000xm3/v1/en/contents/TP0002392265.html.
