• Hi chipdog902, in terms of sound quality and comfort, both headphones are almost the same. The difference between the two is that this model has water/sweat resistant features. If you go on runs or workout, this is the headphone for you. Regards, -Mark

• More comfortable with comparable, if not better sound. The comfort and better seal contribute to a better listening experience, in my opinion.
