QuestionI have just received my new Sony WH-1000XM3. I have not yet opened the box. However, on top of the box is written, "made for iphone/ipod." Does that mean that the headset cannot be used on other devices like Samsung phones or HP laptops? Please help.

Please also note that the noise canceling function works primarily on noise in the low frequency band. Although noise is reduced, it is not completely canceled. Erin

- Answer No. Unfortunately you can only connect one pair of headphones to your TV. This is the case with almost every other device you would connect your headphones too.

- Answer You can Mute and unmute calls. If you use for job, you will have to set the outside sound noise levels that are allowed in so the people on other end won’t hear all the background noise
