Yes and no Best sounding noise cancelling headphones but when you connect them to a smart tv at least with my Samsung witch is only 1 yr old it starts hearing static and then cuts on and off it happens like 70 percent of the time and I already took them back once and got a brand new pair and it was the same thing so I would just be careful with that if your planning to just hear music from your phone then look no further these are it but if it’s mainly for tv purposes I would probably go with beats studio because I have never had a problem with them connecting to the tv
