Yes they can, try to stick to alcohol wipes if possible though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Instructions say to clean with soft dry cloth or damp cloth with dilute detergent. They say not to use solvents, including alcohol. Most hand sanitizers contain alcohol. I don’t know how other ingredients in wipes may affect finish. Could remove the finish or leave a residue. I am not going to try it on my headphones.
