A:AnswerHi phurious, Thank you for choosing Sony. When an incoming call arrives, a ring tone will be heard from the headset, and the indicator (blue) flashes quickly.
You should hear either of following ring tones, depending on your smartphone or mobile phone.
Ring tone set on the headset
Ring tone set on the smartphone or mobile phone
Ring tone set on the smartphone or mobile phone only for a Bluetooth connection
If you are not hearing the ring tone, please make sure to set them on your mobile device
When receiving a call by operating smartphones or mobile phones, some smartphones or mobile phones receive a call with the phone instead of the headset. With an HFP or HSP connection, switch the call to the headset by holding your finger to the headset’s touch sensor control panel until it switches, or by using your smartphone or mobile phone.

A:AnswerCheck your settings, the meeting application may have the ringer on a secondary audio source that may not be in use. Each application is different but is typically in the General or Audio sections. Hope this helps!
A:AnswerHi Sbelle4,
Thanks for your inquiry. Yes, you can use the noise canceling function without playing music. Once connected to an audio device like a smartphone, you can set the Noise Canceling Automatic Power Off setting in the Headphones Connect app from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 3 hours or, if you want Noise Canceling to stay on all the time, just simply tap Do not turn off. The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. These headphones would be perfect for you.

A:AnswerYou can connect them via the included 3.5mm audio cable and plug them directly into the PS5 controller. I have used them this exact way and they sound really good. Bafflingly, the PS5 does not have native Bluetooth support for headphones so you can't connect then directly to the PS5 wirelessly. If your TV, Amp or sound bar supports Bluetooth you could connect them wirelessly that way.

A:AnswerThey actually do not work as you expect with a PS4 because the PS4 only connects to a very limited number of bluetooth headphones to be used as headphones and mic, like the Playstation Silver and Gold Headsets. If you want to use these headphones or any other brand ( airpods, etc..) you're going to have to buy a bluetooth adapter to plug into the PS4 and a microphone to plug into the controller. This is based on my experience with trying both the Sony WH-1000XM3 and airpods with my PS4. I'm not sure what the case will be with the PS5
A:AnswerNope. The MX4’s have that traditional clicking, telescopic sort of adjustability for each side, left and right. Once they’re collapsed, or fully retracted, the headphone is as small as it gets.
A:AnswerNot so sure about that. It's the 16th as I'm typing this, and my order status remains as, "delayed". I sure hope my headphones arrive before the 21st. If not, Best Buy said they will cancel my order, and my waiting would have been all for nothing.
