• Yes just because your phone is plugged in and charging doesn’t mean you can have your wireless headphones connected and working through the phone.

• I don't get what you're asking, if you are asking can you listen to them wirelessly while charging wired? Yes. Can you listen to them wired while charging wirelessly? Yes. Can you listen to them wired while charging wired? Yes and No, if your phone doesn't have a 3.5mm headphone jack then no you can't, if it does then you can.
