It comes with AUX cable. No charging brick but there is a USB-A to USB-C cable.

The WH1000XM5 doesn't come with a wall or in-flight adapter if that's what you're pertaining to. However, a commercially available USB AC adaptor capable of supplying an output current of 1.5 A or more can be purchased separately.
