I don't own the Sony NW-A306 Walkman. However, I own an earlier Sony Walkman Model and it connects easily with the Sony WH10000M5 Headphones. Make sure that you are using the latest upgrade to the Bluetooth Headphone app on your Sony Walkman for the best results with connectivity with the headset.
