A:AnswerThese headphones have an adjustable ambient sound mode that allows you to hear the world around you if you choose to, to activate it you press a button on the side of the headphones, and press it again to deactivate it, it can also be set to suppress all noise but voices, all you have to do is download the headphones connect app and you can customize all that and more.

A:AnswerThey are primarily designed for music and sound, they don't fully possess the features that some gaming headsets might have, but they do the trick, I can hear someone on the other side of a few walls in a game like siege and know where they are accurately to get them.
A:AnswerYes* I used them for a while for gaming, the microphone quality is okayish (I have 20 dollar gaming headphones with a better microphone funny enough) and the bluetooth is kinda spotty sometimes. I can't confirm if the bluetooth is better or worse than the Bose however
A:AnswerCompared to my triple flanges ear plugged which is rated at about 28 dB. I would say the sound cancelation alone is around 18-24 dB depending on the sound scene.Which is still pretty amazing.
