Hello Mferraro58, Thank you for choosing Sony! We appreciate your question and are here to assist you. Yes, you can disable the touch controls on your Sony WH-1000XM6 headphones to prevent accidental adjustments. You'll need to use the Sony | Sound Connect app to do this. Disabling Touch Controls - Open the Sony | Sound Connect app on your smartphone. - Make sure your WH-1000XM6 headphones are connected. - Navigate to the System tab. - Find the option for "Touch Sensor Control Panel" or a similar setting. - Toggle the switch to turn it off. For more details, you can check out Sony's official help guide at the following link: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/hpc/v1/en/contents/TP0002935912.html Disabling this setting will completely turn off the touch surface on the right earcup. You'll still be able to control your headphones' settings, like volume and playback, directly from the app or the device you're connected to. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask! Best regards, -Fred
