Yes, if your TV has support for NFC or Bluetooth headphones, you can use this model with your TV.

If your TV has a headphone jack you can get a product called "TV Ears". The volume control for these headphones is independent of the TV volume so you can turn them up and the TV down. I have 2 friends that use these and they can clearly hear the TV . Check around as the prices vary a lot. .

These earphones are what you’re looking for. I actually use them for that same purpose. When I’m watching tv, or listening to loud music, I pop these earphones in because you can get the volume you want and no one else can hear.
