Did you charge the battery when unit first assembled? then recharge again like instruction said. I dont think miine changed till second step in charging. First time it took almost a day but now the recharge fast. Look at charging step on instructions again, it needs to be highlighted so people wont thinkk it is a defect.. At least thats what i read! I think it did take a longer time but it works so great! I love mine. Issue is only those first two charge steps. One the battery when first assembled then same phone with battery second time! I would try that step again? May be not the issues but worth a try?
