“anyone else have issues with charging light not going off. i exchanged the first i bought for another one which has been charging for six and a half hours now. the first one went 18 hours and red light never went off- the phones did work however.”

Yes. I just bought a set and am having the same issue. The headphones have been on the charger far longer than 7 hours and the red light stays on. Anyone figure out the solution?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.YES! Bought mine 2 days ago. Let it charge first time - took 7 hours and 8 minutes until the charging light went out. That is the last time it has been out. Stays on continuously as long as the phones are in the cradle. Because of that you never know how much of a charge the battery pack really has. In Diagram "3 Charge the headphones.", of the "How to use" section of the "Wireless Stereo Headphone System" book, that: (the charging) is: "Complete when (red light) indicator turns off."

The phones go dead about 10 minutes after using them. The same thing happened to the first pair I bought. Any help? Bought pair only lasted about 6 months to a year.

Please try again later.Yes, but I later found out that if you move it or bump it , even if it has been on the charger tower let’s say 6 hours and is fully charged or partially charged, any time it breaks contact with the charger magnets it starts a 7 hour charging cycle over regardless of the battery level!

I just read another review on a different website that stated when one puts the headphones on the charger unit and the red light comes on (the phones are charging) overnight, the system will turn off when charged but will cause the batteries to drain while on the charger while red charger light is off. No wonder so many of us are experiencing this problem. I've given up and am using standard AA batteries instead, with less frustration!
