This happens to me regularly. I solved the problem by powering down the TV and then back on. Go back into Netflix, power off the headphones and then back on and the sound in the headphones is perfect. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got the wireless headphones to work on my old 40" smart TV and then when Mother Nature took them out NOTHING worked with this TV. Bought a new 40" TV 700 Series and I couldn't get the wireless headphones to work again GRRR. Then Best Buy Rep introduced me to the UBL Live 400 Blue Tooth headphones and told me how to do it on the TV. Go to your sound setting, where you'd change your TV from Speakers to Optical Out AND below Optical Out is Blue Tooth Devices (I think), find your Blue Tooth Headphones and click on it, and follow the directions on the screen. After it's set up, turn on the TV 1st, then the headphones, click on the window (on my TV it was in the upper right-hand corner) connect UBL ?. After so long I believe it does this automatically without you having to click on that little window in the right hand corner. AND with these blue tooth headphones you don't have a big charger - it has a USB port and just plugs into an Apple (or whatever) charger to charge. Long usage with one charge too. Hope this helps
