“We have a Samsung Smart TV. Bought these Sony headphones but we cannot get them to pair up with the TV. I've done Google searches and watched videos but we are not given the same options on our tv. What else can we try?”

They are RF to their base unit that has 3 channels to avoid interference, but not BlueTooth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NO, I called your tech dept. In some other state and an emplyee was able to help me try different functions on the tv and we finally successfully pared the headset with the tv. Now, if I move its a whole new ballgame.

The base has a small sliding switch with 3 different positions so try each one. Make sure the on switch on the headphones is also on. This should suck it with the TV.
