“I have these headphones hooked up to cable box. These work great on regular tv but want work on Netflix or Amazon Prime. What’s up with that? What will remedy this issue?”

These headphones will work on any sound that is coming out of your TV audio channel. Connect the cable or AmazonFirestick to your TV as normal until the sound is working correctly. Once that is established, hook this equipment to your TV. The TV will sense the device and turn off the speakers and send audio to the headphones instead. The only thing I do not like is that there is no on/off toggle, you have to keep plugging the unit in and out to switch between headphones and TV speakers.
