A:AnswerI don't know if they are repareable, but I have the same ones. My right bud has failed after only 4 months and they arent worth the cost of repair, compared with the purchase price , to me. I'd like a replacement, but not of the same ones.
A:AnswerLet the headphones charge overnight. In the morning you should insert them into you ears and then hold the power button until you hear “power on”.
A:AnswerHi Matt, Try to initialize the unit and see if the issue will be fixed: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wic300/v1/en/contents/TP0001613432.html
You cannot replace the battery by yourself. If the issue is still unresolved, service will be required: https://us.esupport.sony.com/support/s/service?language=en_US
