A:AnswerThese headphones fit very well and snug, but I personally would not try to work out with them unless it was during stretching or maybe light cycling - nothing that is either too jarring or intense.

Second part, I am not a fan of too much bass with headphones. Kinda gives me a headache after a while. These have enough bass for pleasurable listen. Again I might be a bit old for the new gen, but I do love my HK Soundsticks and the bass it punches out!
