Pretty simple, really. They have keyholes on their backside, so wall mounting should be easy. However to mount them in a corner you'd probably have to install a triangular block in the corner first (securely of course), then mount the speaker to the block.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That might be tricky. For up against the wall, hanging them is like a picture frame: super easy. The corner might be a little rough though. I’d recommend stands for corner use if you don’t mind them.
