Maybe they lost their Bluetooth connection and need to be paired again. When you do this, you’ll have to set up pairing for the sub as well. That was my experience, they all need to be done at the same time. Hope this helps.

Please try again later.Couple of these fixes work for me. -change sound mode to autosound and back to whatever you want -make sure sound bar has Bluetooth on -disconnect Bluetooth connection from TV to sound bar and use earc or hdmi connection I tend to get this issue when my wife connects her phone to use speakers via Bluetooth.
