“The subwoofer, soundbar and rear speakers are connected however when I play music from my phone via bluetooth the rear speakers do not work. Further, there is a green light on both speakers as I have paired the entire system. How do I fix this?”

Hi, Ace! The wireless rear speakers are meant for surround audio-only. This is normal operation. Regards, David

I had the same problem but figured it out and got fixed, go to the music center app on your phone. Then click on the htzf9 and go to settings - > sound and you will have a control over the settings of it. Normally will just need to mark on the vertical S.

Had the same problem but went wifi and most songs like on youtube, pandora worked! It depends on the songs i guess! Good luck!
