It comes with a mini-USB to USB cable, but no plug block. You can use the USB to charge the speaker from a laptop, or just use the plug block from your phone.

Speaker comes with a cable (micro USB on one end and standard USB 2.0 / 3.0 on the other end - like one you would use to charge an android phone). One can then use an AC adapter - like one with an android smartphone - that the USB 2.0 / 3.0 side plugs into. That is how you can charge it. OR you plug in the USB 2.0 / 3.0 side of the cable into a (charging) USB port on a laptop or desktop to charge the speaker.

The speaker comes with a micro-USB cable for charging. However, an AC adapter for wall charging is not included. You may also refer to the link below for more information.
