• With a standard stereo patch cable, yes. Pretty sure iPads are Bluetooth-capable - if so, then you can connect the speaker wirelessly. (I don't own an iPad, so I'm not sure.)

• it does have an Aux jack. So i assume you could. But it wouldn't charge your Ipod. you can just blutooth your ipod to this device tho :) (if your ipod has blutooth)
