Mine is the same, look for the speaker name and make sure the light is flashing

Be sure to turn on the Bluetooth "connect" button on the speaker unit. It's also helpful to disconnect the speaker from other apparatus (phones) when trying to connect the speakers with your computer.

If your computer is running on the said operating system, kindly try resetting the speaker to give it a refresh.
