“i just opened my XB20 and am holding down the add button but neither my laptop nor my iphone is seeing in the bluetooth area. Any ideas? Thanks”

• try using the phone app first to sync up. If your pc does not have bluetooth then you wont be able to sync up. this is a bluetooth speaker not a wifi speaker

• by using the "music center" app tap the plus sign on the bottom right. Simple as that :)
