“So I went to plug my speaker in the other day and the cord is a little loose but never been jerked on. I use it for work almost daily, with the lights turned off and the extra bass generally on. When I plugged it in it wouldn't charge. Any suggestions??”

Hi Red9706, make sure that the charger is firmly connected. If problem still persists, try using a different charging cable to isolate this issue. I hope it helps. Regards, ^Ron
