Q: QuestionThe speaker apparently has an automatic power down feature, even when plugged in. Is there a way to defeat this feature so that it will stay on continuously? We are using it as an external phone speaker for my hearing impaired mother.

Q: Question"please charge" occurs at 50% battery. Sony officially states that the battery depletes from "fully charged>about 70%> about 50%>20% please charge." Ive exchanged for a replacement and experiencing the same issue. This does not seem to be a common issue.

Q: QuestionMy SRS-XB40 WILL NOT CHARGE THE BATTERY, EVENTHOUGH IT IS PLUGGED IN AND THE ORANGE CHARGE LIGHT IS ON. AFTER CONNECTING THE CHARGER FOR HOURS, I TURN IT ON, BUT SHUTS OFF IN A FEW MINUTES. I HAVE TRIED TO RESET WHILE ON, BUT NO RESOLVE. HELP
